CNC Milling and Laser Cutting

Milling is a CNC machining processes which uses rotating cutting tools to remove material from a workpiece, creating high-quality, accurate and complex shapes. 

Laser cutting uses a high-power laser directed through computer numerical control (CNC) which follows the pattern that is will be cut onto the material with a high-quality surface finished edge. 

For MODOSPORT the choice of material, considering the different grades of aluminium, steel and others, depends on factors such as mechanical properties, environmental conditions, and the specific requirements of the application.

Laser cutting is ideal for cutting thin materials and CNC milling for complex and ticker shapes or specific material.
